Garry Hnatowich is Research Director for the Irrigation Crop Diversification Corp and based at the Canada Saskatchewan Irrigation Development Centre in Outlook, SK. His research is focused on variety development/evaluation and agronomy. Garry began his career as a Research Associate at the University of Manitoba. He moved to Saskatchewan in 1984. Garry has over 40 years of research experience across western Canada, the USA and beyond North America. During this time he held senior research agronomist / scientist / manager positions with several national and international companies. He has authored or co-authored numerous refereed journal articles, contributed to many extension publications and participated in over 600 extension events.
